Having a cell phone that works in other parts of the world is increasingly important. While no cell phone works everywhere, the phones listed below offer the 900mhz. GSM frequency, which is the dominant band used in Europe and much of the world. These phones are often listed as "quad-band". Note that as a security measure, most U.S. wireless carriers require you to request that international service be enabled, so remember to do that before you head overseas.
