Cricket Wireless is now selling the Samsung Galaxy A13 LTE-only variant
Cricket Wireless has added new smartphones to its lineup. Here are the new devices they have added:
-
Motorola Moto G Power (2022) - $139.99
-
Motorola moto G Stylus (2022) - $189.99
-
Samsung Galaxy A13 - $159.99
-
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G - $409.99
It’s important to note that the Samsung Galaxy A13 model they added is the variant without 5G connectivity. This model comes at a price that is 20% cheaper compared to the 5G model.
Other than 5G connectivity, the two phones have very minimal varying specs. In particular, the display is one that differs from the 5G variant. On the LTE-only version, the device comes with a 6.6-inch display. Meanwhile, the 5G model only has a 6.5-inch display.
In addition to the display, the refresh rate of the screen also differs. The 5G model has 90Hz refresh rate while the LTE version comes with 60Hz refresh rate.
Another distinct difference between the two is the internal storage capacity. The cheaper model only comes with 32GB onboard storage while the 5G variant has 64GB onboard storage. Both, however, can be upgraded to 1TB using a microSD card.
The Galaxy A13 LTE-only variant is for sale at $189.99 unlocked. But Cricket Wireless is selling it at $159.99.
