Verizon Wireless working on a new platform to manage your subscriptions
Recently, Verizon Wireless held its Thursday Investor Day event where it talked about the future of the company. One of the things discussed in the event is the upcoming platform that Big Red will be working on together with Netflix, Disney Plus, Peloton, and many other streaming services.
Called Plus Play, the platform will be a hub where its customers can “discover, purchase, and manage” their subscriptions. This is really helpful, especially for those who have subscriptions in various streaming services. Apart from being used to manage subscriptions, it will alert you on existing deals and offers.
As revealed in the event, the platform will be free for Verizon customers to use.
Verizon plans to launch this platform to a select number of customers and brands later this month. It will then move to make the platform available to a wider audience before the year ends.
