The Citi Simplicity Card also offers direct customer service, no late fees, no penalty fees, and also does not require an annual fee to use.
- Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card - $100 Cash Back – The Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card rounds out the list of the best balance transfer credit cards of winter 2013. The Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card offers a 0% Introductory APR on both balance transfers and purchases for 12 months. After this initial period, the APR reverts to the variable APR of between 12.99% and 22.99% based on your credit history. In addition, the Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card also offers a bonus $100 cash back when you make $500 in purchases within the first three months of having your card. The card also offers 5% cash back on certain purchases from Zappos.com, fitness clubs, and drugstores through the end of March 2013, and 1% cash back on all other purchases. Lastly, the Citi Divident Platinum Select Visa Card requires no annual fee.
