Report spots Total by Verizon test page
It was previously reported in June 2022 that Total Wireless is undergoing rebranding efforts by Verizon Wireless. This comes after Big Red acquired the prepaid brand. After a few months, it looks like Verizon is getting ready to roll out the new Total by Verizon brand.
This was discovered by BestMVNO, who found a test page redirect on Total Wireless’ website. At the time of reporting, they were redirected to a Total by Verizon page that contained information on plans, referral bonus, and other details. But as Wirefly checked, the page now leads to an “Access Denied” message.
The information spotted by BestMVNO on the test page is similar to the plans offered by Verizon Prepaid. And at this time, it remains unclear whether Total by Verizon will be adopting these plans or it is simply a placeholder for what Verizon has planned out for the prepaid brand.
We look forward to learning more about this plans once Total by Verizon officially unveils them to the public.
