Google Fi giving three months of free service to Google Maps Local Guides
Earlier this week, Google Fi sent out an email to those who were participating in Google Maps as a Local Guide. As it turns out, Google is giving these individuals three months of free Google Fi service.
In the email, Google Fi says: “Thanks to your contributions on Google Maps, you can enjoy Google Fi for the rest of the year, on us.”
If you are interested in this free offer, you only need to become a Local Guide. You also need to be a new Fi customer and port in your number. This will give you up to $195 value in exchange for the information you provide on Google Maps.
You only have until October 31st to redeem this free credit. Once the three-month period is over, you can decide to opt out and switch back to your previous carrier. For more information, visit this page.
