Powering the device is a Quad-Core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. Its internal storage can support up to 8GB, with an option to expand by up to 64GB using a microSD card. The phone comes with a 5MP rear-facing camera equipped with touch focus, face detection, and LED flash. It also comes with HD video recording capabilities. A secondary camera with 2MP sensor is available in front. The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime comes in three colors: White, Black and Gray. The phone runs on Android KitKat 4.4 OS and has a 2000 mAh battery that helps it last up to 13 hours of talk time. It features a proximity sensor and a light sensor, which helps it with its productivity as a device.
