The Apple iPad Air is the fifth generation full-sized iPad tablet manufactured by the company. With its thickness of only 7.5mm and 469g weight, it could easily be the lightest device of its size. The iPad Air comes with a 9.7-inch Retina Display covered with oleophobic coating. It has a 1536x2048 resolution and a 264ppi density. Powering it from within is a 1.4GHz dual-core Apple A7 processor with 1GB of RAM and the PowerVR G6430 graphics processor. There is a built-in storage of 128GB available in the tablet. Thanks to its 5MP iSight camera on the back, the iPad Air can capture stunning images and record videos in 1080p HD quality. The front is home to a 1.2MP camera. Included in the device is a non-removable 8820mAh battery that gives power to the iPad Air. There is an option to get the iPad Air as Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi + Cellular. Color options include Space Gray and Silver. Upon unboxing, the device runs iOS 7.
