Verizon’s Roadside Assistance Program is Now Available on Eligible iPhones
Verizon’s roadside assistance program is now available to select Apple devices using satellite connectivity.
According to MacRumors, the feature is now available on Apple devices running iOS 17.2 (or higher). This includes the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15.
With this service in place, drivers can get the help they need during times of car trouble. The good news about this is that it is not limited to your own vehicle. You can still get roadside assistance if you are in a friend’s car or using a rental.
Allstate’s Signature Motor Club is running the service. You can sign up for the service with an eligible device and a Verizon SIM card. The program is available at $4.99 per line monthly subscription. But if you choose to use the service without subscribing to it, you’ll have to pay for flat fees.
Some of the services available include fuel delivery, towing, jump starts, winching, tire service, and many more. You can learn more about this program via this page.
