AT&T offers Stadia Pro subscription, extends EIP duration
AT&T has revealed a few changes to its offers and equipment installment plans (EIP) coverage this week. Among the changes include a new Google Stadia Pro subscription and an extension of 36 months instead of 30 months for its EIP purchases. Below are more details about these new changes:
Free Stadia Pro Subscription
A few days ago, AT&T launched its newest promotion for customers. Apart from the HBO Max service that AT&T offered with its unlimited 5G plan, the company is now giving a free 6-month subscription to Stadia Pro gaming.
The promotion is available to new and existing customers under an eligible unlimited plan who will “add or upgrade to a 5G smartphone.” Fiber customers who upgrade to the 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 1GIG Fiber plan can also enjoy this free subscription.
With this offer in place, you get to enjoy a free Stadia Pro gaming subscription for six months instead of paying $9.99 per month. Once the free subscription ends, you will need to cancel the service or be billed the monthly rate.
Equipment Installment Plan Change
The other announcement that AT&T made this week is that they have extended the duration of the Equipment Installment Plan (EIP). Instead of paying for your new device for 30 months, AT&T has extended the duration to 36 months. This will allow you to make the most out of your device and not have to worry about a hefty monthly fee.
