T-Mobile no longer extending Stay Connected offer
The COVID-19 health crisis is not yet over. But after months of trying to contain the virus, people are trying their best to live with the threat. Apart from individuals, companies seem to be doing their best to bring their business afloat. One way they are doing this is by putting an end to the promotions and temporary deals they offered at the start of the outbreak.
T-Mobile recently announced that it will be ending its “Stay Connected” offer. The “Un-carrier” has sent out text messages to its subscribers to notify them that the promotion is being terminated. Magenta sent out these notifications in the way of “friendly reminders” that the discount is set to “expire soon.” A specific end date, however, was not mentioned.
The Un-carrier told customers that they can keep the half-off discount active by up to 90 days. Several Redditors however say that they were unable to extend the discount to a fourth or fifth billing cycle.
So what does this mean for T-Mobile subscribers? Your next bill cycle should include your normal rate plan and features. You know, the plan that you originally signed up with pre-COVID-19 days.
If you are hoping to get a good deal on your plan, T-Mobile has a Connect prepaid plan that comes with unlimited talk, text, and 2GB of high-speed data at $15 per month.
