Verizon Wireless has a new plan called Welcome Unlimited
Verizon Wireless has a new plan that it touts as a basic 5G plan.
But after looking thoroughly at the plan’s inclusions, the plan (called Welcome Unlimited) doesn’t exactly offer premium 5G features.
In a nutshell, the plan simply includes the basics– you’ve got the standard unlimited talk, text, and data. The only thing that makes it different is its unlimited and unrestricted access to Verizon’s 5G network. That’s it.
The plan does not offer high-speed mobile hotspot or 5G Ultra Wideband access. And you don’t even get some of the streaming freebies that other plans offer, like Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Google Play Pass, Hulu, Disney+, or ESPN+. None.
Still, you can get this plan for as little as $30 per line per month when you activate four lines and sign up for Auto Pay. You can learn more about this plan by visiting this page.
