T-Mobile plans to offer Home Internet Lite
A few months ago, T-Mobile revealed that it already covers more than 40 million households with its Home Internet service. But even with this number, they still plan to make their service available to homes where there is a temporary network restriction.
And one way it plans to do this is by releasing a new Home Internet Lite tier that will make the service more accessible to these homes. At $50/month, this service doesn’t necessarily come cheaper than normal. But it makes the service available in an area that otherwise doesn’t have it.
The price already includes taxes, fees, and a gateway device. You also get a 100GB data cap with your service. If this data cap is not enough, you can opt for the higher tiers. The options include:
-
150GB at $75/month
-
200GB at $100/month
-
300GB at $150/month
Once T-Mobile addresses these temporary network restrictions, customers can opt to upgrade to the regular Home Internet plan to enjoy unlimited internet access.
