Customers on older Verizon unlimited plans got a price increase this week
Verizon Wireless made some changes to its older Unlimited plans this week. As revealed by PhoneArena, the affected plans are getting a $2 per month rate adjustment.
The new rates went into effect last April 10th. Lines with tablets, smartwatches, and other devices were not affected by the increase. Additionally, the basic phones under the $30 per month Single Basic Phone plan were not affected too.
Since the only plans that got an increase are older plans, they won’t affect new customers since they aren’t available to purchase anymore.
The plans that were affected by the change include the following:
-
Go Unlimited 1.0
-
Go Unlimited Loyalty
-
Go Unlimited Welcome Back
-
Beyond Unlimited 1.0
-
The New Verizon Plan Unlimited $110
-
The New Verizon Plan Unlimited Smartphone $65
-
55+ Unlimited Plan
-
55+ Loyalty Unlimited Plan
-
Unlimited Business Plan
